Go live cake to Danske Shoppingcentre
There was 'Go live' cake for everyone at Danske Shoppingscenter's head office in Taastrup yesterday. After more than 2 years of intensive cooperation, we were able to – yes – go live with a new benefit concept, which is now and in the coming weeks being rolled out in all of DSC's 18 shopping centres and thus offered up to 78 million annual visitors.
Yesterday's successful launch is a milestone in DSC's digital journey of delivering unique customer experiences while creating a strong digital platform across all DSC shopping centres. Until now, websites, apps and marketing communication have been decentralised in the 18 centres, tied up in a wide range of local and individual solutions – without context.
That is a thing of the past now – with a new data-driven IT architecture, a new website platform, new functions and a new benefit program/concept. In short: Better experiences for customers and a unique insight into data for DSC via an advanced Business Intelligence set-up.
