Unilabs analyzes samples and delivers analysis results to doctors all over the world. The existing portal solution needed a visual update and the underlying handling was only partially supported digitally.
Unilabs also wanted far more insight into data, a modern "state of the art" user experience and streamlining of vital processes around the sample deliveries and the dissemination of results.
Solution
NexusOne has designed and delivered Unilab's new medical portal. The portal is integrated with both internal and external systems. The portal delivers a seamless end2end experience – both for doctors around the world and for Unilab's employees.
The solution's real-time integrations ensure that everyone is up to date, whether it's the pick-up time at the doctor or the delivery of the analysis results online. At the same time, Unilabs gains valuable insights from the Microsoft PowerBI solution, which provides reporting from data across the solution.
Result
By creating an end2end user experience, NexusOne and Unilabs, in collaboration, have ensured a better user experience for both doctors and Unilabs' employees, and thus wasted time for all parties is minimized. This results in doctors being able to spend more time with their patients, and Unilabs employees can analyze more life-critical samples in less time.
