In a traditional and analogue industry with a lot of data, Ole Larsen Transport has laid out an offensive strategy with the goal of being the innovative partner and thus appearing even more professional to its customers. Initially, via a newly developed digital customer platform.
The journey is divided into three steps: 1. Digitization and qualification of data 2. Automation of fully or partially manual processes and finally 3. Work with data.

The first step was a customer portal, where Ole Larsen Transport's customers can order and follow their freight - regardless of device. The portal is built around a CRM solution that contributes to lifting the digitization of a number of processes within sales and customer service.
In close collaboration between NexusOne and Ole Larsen's digital team, a roadmap has been created for the next steps in the digital transformation: CDM (cloud-based database) ensures an efficient and smooth data flow, and a Service Bus provides the foundation for real-time data, built around best practices in event-driven architecture.

Realtime overview including notification options on all deliveries.
All documents in one place – consignment notes, packaging, invoices, bank statements, contracts, etc.
