Challenge
Christmas is a busy time in the restaurant industry. So when it is already difficult for a smaller Danish quality water to penetrate into the retail trade – it is almost impossible in December.
Solution
What if, instead of making noise, you take advantage of the situation to show your purpose and actually give something back to your customers?
We know very well how big a shortage of labour there is during the Christmas months. Therefore, we found a lot of young people with relevant experience who were in need of an extra income in the run-up to Christmas. By turning Bornholms Kildevand's packaging into their CVs, we could easily put them in contact with our customers, so neither the employer nor the job seekers had to search for each other blindly online.
Result
The initiative was well received and proved incredibly popular. The boxes with the young people's CVs were torn away, and on LinkedIn we reached over 220,000 organic impressions - an unprecedentedly high engagement rate of 26%.
Pretty well done for a retail campaign.
